Description:
We are looking for a self-starter to come and join our team at Yeo Marketing Limited.

Yeo Marketing Limited was formed last June and as such it is still a very new company within the Yeo Valley family of businesses.

So what will I be doing?

You will identify, manage and develop long term strategical and tactical partnerships that will best support the Yeo Valley brand. This will involve working on communications campaigns, product placement, loyalty and sales promotions activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Working with the Brand Director to develop brand plans, budgets, targets and objectives for each financial year and a rolling five-year planning horizon for engagement

Managing and controlling the overall investment budget allocated to Partnership management and performance to agreed plan

Working with the Head of Communications, License Manager and Loyalty and Promotions Manager to maximise value from agreed Partnerships

Developing and supporting a communications plan for Partners to amplify agreed key messages about Yeo Valley and ensuring the correct use of family approved brand stories and imagery by partners

Helping create content, activation and media plans for all Partnership events and ensuring effective use of social, digital, media and press platforms for amplification

Developing a strategy in which Partners’ products and offers are available to Marketing to support rewards and loyalty offer

Maximising and agreeing suitable ‘product placement’ opportunities for the range of Yeo Valley branded products with Partners

Leading, supporting and measuring the performance of agreed Partners in line with brand plans, targets and objectives

Supporting License Manager by communicating Partnership strategy to license holders

Developing a retail engagement strategy to communicate the key and longer terms Yeo Valley Brand activities

Where appropriate, exploring the cost of effective sponsorship opportunities that will deliver brand awareness amongst target customers that are true to brand values.

Collaborating with partners, customers and NGO’s

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

These skills:

Excellent communication skills

Degree or equivalent qualification

Proactive self-starter

IT literate with great command of PowerPoint or Keynote ability to adapt and work in a changing environment

Strong experience in a similar role
