JLT is actively recruiting for an Associate Consultant to join our well established Trustee and Corporate Consulting team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in supporting a portfolio of clients and working with one of the largest discontinuance schemes in the country.

As Associate Consultant you will provide local support and expertise to consulting team members on a dedicated portfolio of clients to ensure the provision of an efficient, professional and profitable service to these clients. You will be allocated a portfolio of clients and work with the Client Relationship Managers and Consultants delivering services to the clients as needed. You will prepare meeting packs, attending client meetings, minute taking and following up on actions from these meetings. This is a client facing role, with the opportunity for face to face meetings with clients, trustees, employers, and other professional advisors.

We are looking for an individual who is well organised, able to follow a process, pulling information together from different sources and who can deliver to timeframes. Pensions experience is beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided. This is a natural step up for a Pensions Administrator; however, you might also come from a non pensions background but feel you have the right skills for the role. Longer term there is the opportunity to study for industry qualifications.
