As a compensation consultant within the our Managed Services Team you will be responsible for liasing with and supporting our global client base in the management and configuration of their Sales Performance Management solutions.

In this role you will use your communication, technical and problem-solving skills working within a global team to support multiple clients across different countries. You will work with leading SPM technologies including SAP (CallidusCloud), IBM ICM and Xactly.

This position at OpenSymmetry presents a great opportunity to begin a new career in the exciting and expanding area of Sales Performance Management. The field of consulting offers incredible insight into a wide variety of industries. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work with OpenSymmetry’s own experts in the field, sharing knowledge and working together a team.

Experience of working within Compensation and Benefits. Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation Management is desirable

Experience of technologies including IBM ICM, Callidus, Xactly, Oracle, or other Sales Performance Management / Incentive Compensation Management platforms or similar ERP, CRM, or HR enterprise applications

Experience managing or processing Sales Compensation using excel or another technology is desirable


The ideal candidate will be able to:

Provide business and technical support to OpenSymmetry clientsManage processes Troubleshoot issues Complete root cause analysis on issues raised and recommended solutions Configure changes to client SPM SystemsAnalysis client requirements Provide development estimates Create / update design documentation Configure changes to SPM Systems Test changes Demonstrate knowledge of practice specific concepts and best practices Nice to Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher / equivalent work experience Ability perform systematic analysis on reported issues Prior consulting or support experience Advanced skillsets in Excel / Spreadsheet software Excellent communication skills Benefits
