Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused marketing analyst to support the user experience roadmap through analytics, testing and management of website content.

RateSetter is changing the way people think about Investing and Borrowing. Over the 8 years we have been running our platform we have won numerous awards including the Best Peer-to-peer Lender at the FT and Investors Chrome Investment & Wealth Management Awards, four times running.

We believe that people should be able to directly access lending as an investment and that borrowers should be able to access attractive loans. So far over 75,000 investors have lent more than £2.9Billion via our award winning online investment platform, all without losing a penny.

We have a newly created opportunity for a high potential data minded individual to continually improve RateSetter’s user experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle by gathering user insights/behaviours, measurement of key product KPIs as well as supporting delivery of the product UX roadmap. You will be working closely with design, product and tech to translating business requirement into product requirements to enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, build and optimise the content of the Public website through the CMS;Write brand narratives and messaging based on RateSetter value proposition Analyse user behaviours and track key KPIs to create new content and test and measure performance via A|B experiments Define personalisation strategy based on key use cases Support and help delivering the Product and User Experience roadmap;Optimise existing products and integration with 3rd party partners based on analytics, user behaviours and feedback Test and validate early assumptions through A|B test program Define with designers the new interface based on UX and CX principles Liaise with the key stakeholders internally to get sign off and buy in with the ability to simplify technical language to clearly communicate findings and UX/product plans. Track and gather insights about product launch to measure success and define V2 (iterative development) Requirements

1-2 years’ experience of working in user experience position or a broader marketing role with a user and product focus or consultancy/agency background. Analytical mind set, with strong understanding of customer lifecycle and behaviours Ability to efficiently track performance of product, and measure outputs using Google Analytics Proficient Excel skills Proactive and ideas-driven approach allied with a creative mind-set Tech skills is a plus; GTM, HTML, SQL
