Description:
As part of the Brand Communication function you will be working alongside PR, Creative, CRM, Social and E-commerce as a key member of the Brand Communication team, responsible for delivering the company brand communication objectives with our retail partners, wholesale accounts and franchise partners globally.

You will act as a guardian and ambassador for the brand at all times, ensuring that all marketing activities deliver commercial results for the brand and to the global brand vision for Kurt Geiger.

With previous experience in a similar role & similar sized business, you will be a self-starter, confident with a proactive attitude.

Knowledge of retail marketing is key.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure all wholesale accounts, franchise partners and retail partners understand the brand, our marketing guidelines, ways of working, have the correct marketing collateral to drive brand awareness/performance and are compliant at all times. Regularly update wholesale accounts, franchise partners and retail partners on seasonal strategies, promotional calendars, campaigns, brand activity and results. Ensuring activity is replicated wherever relevant. Maintain effective relationships and proactively work with key wholesale accounts, franchise partners and retail partners to secure participation in marketing campaigns (incl. paid/contractual digital support) across all relevant on and offline marketing touch points e.g. e-mails, website presence, social media, DM, display, events etc. Work cohesively with in-house teams to adapt brand assets, marketing collateral and campaigns to ensure continuous communication of all marketing activity Responsible for briefing, distributing and controlling use of the seasonal brand pack and in-season updates – POS, marketing/PR collateral, imagery, logos, guidelines and handbooks. Maintain and actively update annual marketing calendar to ensure accurate account details, support requirements, seasonal activity overviews and market information where relevant to enable effective identification of opportunities and “on-brand” implementation at all times. Deliver an analysis for each campaign containing descriptions, examples, successes and costs of every campaign element. Evaluate all allocated projects against success criteria generating an activity evaluation report that summarises: Delivery, outcomes, expenditure, associated revenues, transaction values, footfalls, return on investment Requirements

About You

Highly organised and efficient with ‘can do’ proactive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills, some copywriting skills preferred but not essential Additional language preferred Sound/Advanced working knowledge of IT packages – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Outlook. Sound knowledge and experience of retail marketing. Positive Passionate Highly Organised Proactive Resilient
