City Relay is a short-let property management company based in London, fast growing with in-house housekeeping and operations team and a Reception desk in central London to accommodate guest stay. We provide hassle-free management service to our clients by managing the end to end process.

We are now looking for an Account Executive that you will look after our hosts' accounts making sure that everything is handled, build and maintain excellent relations with them and succeed on client retention rates amongst all the rest.


Be the intermediate link between all the departments of the company and the clients(hosts) Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships assuming primary responsibility for client retention Respond in a timely manner to client questions/issues and offer rapid solutions, working closely with other departments such as Reservations, Operations and the Guest Relations team Ensure all our current client questions, comments and concerns are answered. Our client queries range from everyday cases to the challenging - from maintenance to pricing strategy Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement and up-sell the full management services to easy guest clients Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and annual forecasts, reviews and guest experience) Drive outstanding rates of renewal, expansion and advocacy in City Relay client base Review all monthly statements and identify any mistakes on charges in collaboration with the Finance Manager Requirements


3+ years experience in account management and client relationsPassionate about hospitality and Airbnb services Tech-savvy Excellent planning and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Good understanding of building and maintaining relationships Keen to learn and grow with the company Hospitality Background is a plus.
