Your Impact:

As we continue to scale up globally with a particular strategic emphasis on the UK market, we are looking for our first Country Manager UK to take full responsibility for the success of our UK operations.

This role implies direct leadership of our UK team (over Sales, Customer Experience and Professional Services). You will be responsible for Botify’s development in the UK market and will provide consistent vision, direction and leadership to your teams.

You will be a member of our global Executive Team split between Paris, New York and London. You will report to and work directly with the CEO and will partner closely with the global Marketing and Product teams on Botify’s go-to-market efforts.

You will:

Lead, manage and grow our Sales, Customer Experience and Professional Services Teams in the UK Drive sales strategy implementation in the UK to grow revenue Ensure customer happiness, renewal and growth Work in close collaboration with Finance team on areas such as budget planning and execution Be our public face and spokesperson in UK or other European Markets Provide valuable feedback to the Product team to build better applications that will help our customers to generate more revenue through organic search What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an outstanding individual with a successful track record either as a Country Manager/Managing Director or similar, or as a senior Sales leader having rapidly scaled a sales team (to 20+ people).

Skills and experience

Minimum 12 years SaaS experience with previous leadership experience in a SaaS company Ideally, Country Manager in a SaaS company or VP Sales/Sales Director in a rapidly growing SaaS environment Management span of 15+ people over the past years Previous experience in running value-selling, complex sales processes with Enterprise accounts. Knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry is another strong plus Other
