Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator.

As a Customer Care Administrator your role will be responsible for dealing professionally and effectively with all customer correspondence (emails and letters), ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance and supporting the fair and appropriate treatment of customers.

Key elements of the role:

Ensuring all email and whitemail (letters) correspondence is accurately recorded on the relevant case management system, including your response.

Ensuring accurate, high quality and personalised responses are issued to customers both by email and whitemail, and within set timescales.

Where required, and if the specific role dictates, accurately and efficiently triaging all correspondence/complaints within required timescales.

Liaise with other departments within the company as required in order to ensure accurate responses are provided.

Ensure any required actions are taken relating to the nature of the correspondence / your response, including: returning cases to the client, payment arrangement set on the system, action being placed on hold, referral to the Welfare / Financial Difficulty teams.

Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, action taken, and your response.

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers, advice agencies, client’s third parties, clients, and other internal departments as necessary.

The ideal candidate must have:

Experience in dealing with written correspondence

Attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure and when working to frequent tight deadlines

Data interpretation & mailing

Experience of using databases is desirable

Experience of using Microsoft Word and Outlook (or similar)

Excellent literary skills
