We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Associate Business Development Manager to join the Locaria Sales Team. This is a varied role, which stretches across business development, sales, b2b marketing and project management.

The Role:

Create and maintain a sales pipeline, through developing a network of contacts at target industry accounts. Outbound calling, emailing and social messaging, to localisation decision makers to establish business objectives, discover potential translation requirements, and identify RFP dates. Ensure Locaria is included in RFPs & Pitches by setting up calls and meetings with target accounts. Research and develop targeting lists using tools such as Salesforce, Searchmetrics, Similar Web & Linkedin Support RFIs, RFPs and Pitches, through content sourcing, stakeholder engagement and project management Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with key information, insight, conversations and contacts Work alongside the Marketing & Communications team to create content, collateral & campaigns. Networking at localisation events, conferences and industry seminars. Requirements

This position will consider a new Graduate who is interested in business development/sales Ideally has experience in business development or Inside Sales working in an LSP Conscientious approach to detail (CRM, reports and prospecting) Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Natural desire to work without need for micro management. Some relevant sales or translation industry experience preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Consistently achieve and exceed agreed objectives Can work in a flexible, fast-paced, team environment Some travel required Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Benefits
