Why is a Client Happiness Associate important to us?

The Client Happiness Associate role is that of providing first level support through responding to calls and emails and handling enquiries and service requests, using the incident management and request fulfilment processes, in line with Client Happiness objectives.

What will you get up to?

Process and action incoming customer requests to solve operational problems on client sites Liaise with Operations to schedule maintenance if required Onboard new sites in order to increase inventory at the correct time Work with Marketing and Data Science to process price changes to optimise our gross profie Process PCN cancellations Process new client users onto our systems so that they have adequate access Deal with any other inbound customer escalations to ensure a great customer experience Requirements

Experience within a customer facing environment Great communication skills - you’re going to have to enjoy speaking to people! Fluent in English Tech-savvy Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to

work well with others. Ability to utilise Microsoft Office and Google app suite for support, reporting and documentation. Ability to provide technical support over the phone; good phone skills,

professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly desired. Good problem solving skills; ability to visualise a problem or situation and think

abstractly to solve it. Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow

times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and

professionalism during stressful situations. Creativity. Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions is
