Business Development Manager - Outbound/Prospector

Prepares market research and prospect potential customers based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through research and prospecting.

Generate an advanced market research and identify prospects based on ICP. Engage with prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs and get them excited about the ROI Hunter Platform. Understand the services of ROI Hunter and communicate effectively to the prospects. Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the Sales team to demo ROI Hunter platform. Update clients’ database regularly. Create and update necessary presentation materials in order to be in-tune with the platform updates. Read materials related to the field of operation in order to successfully handle objections. Research and recommend business strategy, both in the long term and short term to the organisation’s management towards business expansion. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or work experience Experiences in marketing and/or sales Experience with CRM software Strong ability to carry out tasks with very little supervision or independently Strong interpersonal relationship skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to perform at optimum even under work pressure Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas Strong desire to learn about our product in order to effectively identify customers needs and sell ROI Hunter solution Be able to discuss digital and product marketing related topics comfortably Language skills: English; additional EU language is a huge plus.
