We are looking for a Campaigner to join our small, tight-knit team. We are really looking for somebody that has a passion for the work and an interest in building a progressive, people-powered politics.

In this role, you will:

Develop creative ideas and campaigning responses to political moments Work alongside our design team to deliver creative communications Produce campaign actions eg. organising petition hand-ins, rallies, creative stunts Organise with grassroots campaigners to develop leaders and spokespeople for the causes we champion About you


Extremely well organised, with excellent time and task management skills. Strong sense of what makes an effective campaign Understand the intersectionality of political and social issues Some experience in digital mobilisation, whether paid or voluntary Confident, friendly and open, not afraid to ask questions when unsure Resourceful with a can-do attitude, able to learn quickly Strong copywriting experience in email and social media format Demonstrate an interest in grassroots campaigning and social movements Desirable:

Leading a team in any capacity Some experience with digital advertising Some experience of managing budgets We actively encourage applications from people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and perspectives. Experience and values are integral. Hard skills can be taught.


What you will achieve:

You’ll work with a tight-knit, mission-driven team on campaigns that are making a national impact. You’ll get to work with all sorts of organisations - from small charities to international NGOs and labour unions. No two days are the same here - no matter whatever comes our way, you’ll never be bored and you’ll never be alone.


Deadline: 9am Monday 18 March but will fill position sooner if the right person is found. Salary: £25,000-29,000 commensurate with experience. Full-time, 6-month contract.
