Description:
Conjure is looking for an experienced, motivated and resourceful Client Services Director with strong understanding of working in a fast-paced design and technology agency environment. The successful candidate will join the recently formed Senior Leadership Team alongside a Design Director and Technical Director.

You will be responsible for managing current client accounts and supporting the Senior Team in all new business activity; from writing and delivering key pitches, to creating strategies for revenue growth targets. You are responsible for retaining and growing our clients but also identifying new commercial activities, opportunities and driving business growth.

You must have a strong understanding of world-class customer experiences in digital products across apps, UX, usability and technology, ideally having developed your experience in a creative agency environment. Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills are imperative, so you must be capable of communicating effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Senior Team with the sales pipeline Working with the Senior Team to identify, devise and implement a strategy based on business and revenue growth opportunities Taking ownership of writing and delivering key pitches Managing and having ownership of strategic and key accounts Understanding clients’ businesses and their needs and strategic goals Identify opportunities for growth with current clients and create strategies to win new business Support the Senior Team with setting and meeting financial targets Implementing strategies to drive revenue and grow profit Identify and monitor key metrics to track/predict Sales and Account Management performance Ensuring best practice across all client engagements by developing processes to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction in line with Conjure’s client values Team management and QA - oversee the quality of client deliverables About Us

We are passionate about all things automotive and connected car. Our clients include TfL, the Science Museum, NHS, Ford, McLaren, Jaguar Land Rover and Triumph Motorcycles to name a few.

Requirements

10 years of experience working in client management in digital/creative agencies Be commercially savvy, have an understanding of the importance of revenue, profit targets and new business development Experience in recognising, pursuing and winning new business opportunities and growing pre-existing client accounts Previously had an instrumental role in growing an agency in a Senior Client Services or Business Development role Previous experience of winning and growing client accounts Skilled in pitching and writing tender documents and proposals at an enterprise level Passionate about growing a business and comfortable developing a nurturing a team beneath you A relationship-focused approach to client services Passionate about creating original and daring customer experiences Strong background in digital product design and build, not campaign-based projects Understanding of world-class customer experiences in digital products across apps, UX, usability and technology Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills; constantly communicating and negotiating with clients or associates Ability to foresee problems and challenges ahead and proactively avoid them Outgoing, friendly and assertive personality – able to build strong relationships Positive outlook: finds solutions, not problems Benefits
