What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and office administrator who can help manage a diverse range of day to day administrative duties during a time of rapid growth in the company.

We are looking for someone with recent bookkeeping experience, who is able to work in collaboration with our accounting support teams to ensure key tasks are delivered reliably and consistently and to ensure that internal and external communications are handled in a timely manner. Candidates should show a track record of working under their own initiative as this role involves taking on new tasks with minimum assistance. Should also be able to work as part of a small team.


Bookkeeping experience:

Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)General Ledger Accounting Bank reconciliation Proficient with Xero Preparing and filing VAT returns Creating and tracking invoices Managing payroll and expenses Knowledge of Pension Regulator Knowledge of Online banking systems General office and administrative duties Knowledge of GDPR Administration experience:

Diary ManagementCollating and circulating Board meeting papers Minuting meetings Supporting key staff with scheduling and communications Office management - equipment, office search, Event management support Sending marketing communications / updating social media Contract: Part Time - 3 days per weekHours: 7.5 hours per day between 08:30 and 18:00Location: Central London (EC2A)Salary: £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 /year pro rata depending on experience
