We are now looking for a Bid Support Executive to join a small but friendly bidteam in our head office in Epping. You will be responsible for supporting the management of tenders and high-quality submissions including Supplier Questionnaires (SQs) and proposals that clearly articulate the organisation's value proposition.

You will be dealing with the administration processes to support successful Bid/Proposal activities from document production (formatting, proof reading, creating graphics) to liaising with Subject Matter Experts across the Group, Bid Library content management and collating bid information and circulating to key individuals. Teamwork, creativity and innovation is required in this rewarding but challenging role.

Based primarily within our head-office in Epping but some travel to other sites in London and across the UK is to be expected.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out daily searches to identify potential bid opportunities, including monitoring relevant e-procurement portals.

• Coordinating the Bid/No bid Gateways, including carrying out relevant research as appropriate.

• Updating the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system Bid and Opportunity records.

• Running reports from CRM for the Bid Team and Executive Board

• Facilitating the bid management process including organising Gateway Reviews and Bid Content Reviews.

• Conducting research into potential clients and present statistical and demographic information in graphical format.

• Analysing client data/statistics and present in easy to understand format with appropriate commentary to support key bid messages.

• Capturing feedback and learning from each bid and update the Feedback Log.

About you:

High attention to detail

Organised, and able to prioritise workloads to strict, multiple deadlines

Able to analyse data and present in ways that are easy to understand

Experience with Microsoft packages such as Visio, PowerPoint ,Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Results focused
