We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to help drive growth within our commercial team. Clients we already work with include Google, Facebook, Warner Bros and WeWork, and this role will be responsible for further developing that exciting list.

You will be working within an exciting client team, reporting into the VP of Sales and integrating closely with Marketing, Curation and Coaching teams.


About You

You love building new business and managing existing relationships. You have hustle and will go above and beyond to build the WhiteHat business You are high energy and love continually raising the bar in terms of performance and expectations. You persist even when you are knocked back but also reflect on your approach and learn along the way You care deeply about client experience and building long lasting relationships You are passionate about social mobility and doing social good You are not afraid to walk away from potential business if the opportunity doesn’t meet our quality threshold You have excellent written and spoken English You have experience using a CRM system and understand the importance of data driven decision making Role Requirements

You have a proven track record in driving new business growth and have a consultative sales approach You build a thorough sales process, ensuring leads are correctly qualified and expectations are set (commitment from them/commitment from us) Ensure client education plays a key role in sales process, with the fees and considerations around hiring apprentices laid out upfrontBecome a subject matter expert on WhiteHat’s apprenticeship offering and the impact of the apprenticeship levy and apprenticeship reforms on employers Act as a representative of the WhiteHat values and brand at all times, acting with integrity in everything you doExperience in either a startup, EdTech or SaaS sales role would be ideal, but not requiredBenefits
