Job Purpose:

We are looking for an exceptional creative to lead and elevate all graphic and digital material for Links of London for use across all channels and consumer points.

Position Summary:

This is a career-defining opportunity to play an essential role in delivering a new strategic and creative vision for Links of London. We are looking for someone with drive and experience to take the Links of London brand to new creative levels in line with the new positioning. Our dream candidate will already have experience leading a team of multi-disciplinary creatives and will play an essential role in the strategy, campaign conception and design of creative ideas and assets for all the brand’s channels including digital, store, experiential and print. They will be confident in conceptualising and designing content from scratch and have enthusiasm in abundance to motivate the team. Problem solving will be second nature and it goes without saying that they will have a can-do attitude.

Also, they will be able to pin-point a new trend, be a lover of luxury, fashion and pop culture, and have relentless attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conception, creation and delivery of original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work for campaigns, content and experiences in line the Brand Strategy Working closely with the offline and online Marketing Teams to deliver creatively appealing, strong and on-brand ideas for all areas of visual communication. Maintain the consistency of our brands visual identity across all collateral touchpoint (logos, packaging, labelling, instore, online and digital assets, ticketing, typography, sub-branding, co-branding and web). Input into the look and feel of the brand by redefining brand guidelines are being the guardian there after to ensure all markets understand and adhered to them. Maintain the consistency of our brands visual identity across all collateral for differing consumer touchpoints Assist in art direction at photo shoots with the willingness and confidence to step up and run a shoot if required. Personally produce design work in response to briefs in harmony with the wider team flexing up and down as required. Manage the traffic and workflow from internal departments and global markets ensuring that all international request are managed according to process and seeking efficiencies along the way. Have responsibility for the creative team’s budget ensuring it is kept up to date and trackers and managed appropriately. Source and manage external suppliers, maintain supplier databases and forming collaborative relationships, forming a network across all functions required to deliver the required assets. Guide, mentor and inspire the members of the creative team, leading by example and sharing experience whilst maintaining a willingness to learn. Have a strong awareness of trend and as a team pass on relevant ideas and themes as appropriate. Be aware of print process and the ability to produce print ready artwork Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

BA (or equivalent) in (Graphic) Design Super Advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, After Effects Experience managing a multi-disciplinary creative team Experience in art direction of photoshoots Competencies

Strong project management capability, including experience of coordinating multiple creative disciplines and production processes and ensuring they come together for project completion Strong communication skills Naturally creative with a passion for design and acute attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Enthusiastic and self-motivated Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills Personal Attributes

You have a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high quality art direction and design within a variety of multi-channel marketing campaigns You have a broad knowledge of the digital landscape and trends You understand the values and expectations within the luxury industry and have a genuine interest in the jewellery sector You have an in-depth knowledge of current lifestyle trends and contemporary culture
