Known internally as Deployment Leads, we're looking for technical account managers and customer success professionals to support the adoption of the Cytora Risk Engine into customer environments, transforming the way leading insurers quantify and price commercial risks.

As a Deployment Lead, you'll be the subject-matter expert in understanding our customers business’ and how our technology can be used to deliver maximum value to them. This role is about being the bridge between multiple spheres of knowledge; our customers, and internally our Deployment, Data Analyst, Engineering and Data Scientist teams to solve the most challenging problems being faced by the insurance industry.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide support, resolve customer pain points, and solicit constant feedback to assist our product team. Creativity, tact, and commercial nous are imperative for picking up on the key cues to ensure you support the customer.

Our customers come to us with an intuition that a data-driven, empirical view of the world will grow their business, or turn around a failing market segment. You will be working to understand these views, the reasons behind them and use our world-leading technology to deliver solutions.

You'll figure out how to maximise the impact delivered to our customers over time: tracking and stabilising projects, removing roadblocks, and anticipating customer needs are critical to ensuring that our Data Science and Engineering teams can get their job done.

Examples of day-to-day tasks:

Manage multiple key accounts and relationships with senior stakeholders. Spend time with our users to understand how they are using our products and drive adoption. Drive customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and providing additional product solutions. Build schedules of work and project plans for proof of concepts and deployments. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with Product Managers to drive user-centric product development. Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals. Act as an escalation point to drive problem resolutions in a timely and proactive manner. Work with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Client Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Support, etc.) to ensure customer issues/solutions are addressed. Requirements

Background in a technical, client-facing capacity Passion for organising and supporting customers Strong analytical skills to find answers in complex data Exceptional abstract problem solving and communication skills Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach to managing customers The ability to be adaptable and make decisions with limited information The ability to operate at the micro and macro level of detail; maintaining a bird's eye view of the project while executing with precision Benefits
