We are a high growth fashion business based in Basildon, Essex. Our brand ‘Jolie Moi’ had been stocked in John Lewis, Debenhams, QVC, etc department stores & TV channels. Currently, we are looking to bring on board a talented Ecommerce Manager to drive our own online business.

The Ecommerce Manager will take responsibility of the Ecommerce Strategy, ensure that customers are receiving the best possible experience online and conversion is fully optimised.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an Ecommerce Managerial position within a digitally forward-thinking fashion business. They will be extremely commercial and analytical, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Ecommerce Platform as well as the development agency to ensure projects are completed on time

• Deliver promotional assets for web Banners & Ads to support marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with the Graphic Designer for the website appearance to be professional & attractive

• Directing the photo shootings, ensuring the online photography adheres to brand guidelines and is effective from a commercial perspective.

• Manage the critical path for new product launches and designers, working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure content, pricing, copy, imagery are all coming together in a timely fashion.

• Manage all aspects of web analytics related to ecommerce

• Analyse merchandising reports and track PPC campaign performance, ensuring monthly KPIs are achieved

• Manage ESP and CRM platforms • Increase sales and customer loyalty through an effective Email programme

• Grow the customer database and carry out audits on a regular basis

• Day to day management of all Digital agencies including PPC, SEO and Email

• Manage the effective planning and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of timelines for all content publishing

• Manage all launches, including overseeing samples for photography, descriptive product copy and technical information

• Prepare and execute the online activity calendar for the year, detailing seasonal launches, marketing initiatives
