Join us as our next Customer Success Manager and you will be joining a team that loves to surprise and delight our customers - constantly!

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team in a start up with a lot of growth planned this year. You will find lots of autonomy, independence and room for new ideas as you shape the future of the business with us. On top of that we've just moved into a fancy new office in Hatton Garden where we offer free lunch on Mondays, and drinks Friday afternoon and the occasional board game. We've also had company trips (we've ticked Disney and Munich for Oktoberfest off of the list).

In this role you will be working with our merchants to achieve the highest levels of success from their Loyalty program. Our success comes from the time we invest in our customers. We would love for you to bring some of your own ideas on what "best post sale customer experience" looks like to help us on this journey.

Here's Some of the things you'll be doing:

Advising merchants on their loyalty launch strategy (don’t worry we will train you) Speaking with merchants on a quarterly basis to provide loyalty recommendations Agreeing contract renewals Answering support queries when needed Requirements

Similar experience in a Customer Success role Analytical mind - you'll be advising on the points to give in each loyalty program. Impeccable written English. The ability to juggle - there's a lot of customers that you're going to supporting in their success. Ability to build rapport, especially in difficult situations.
