The Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic analyst to join our small, but fast-growing, team with a strong background in analytics. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Who we are looking for...

You will be passionate about analysis with a high attention to detail and ability to think outside of the box. You enjoy working within a fast-paced, changing environment, and being involved in projects that have a real business impact. You are able to understand complex data-sets and provide consultative insights to stakeholders across all levels of the business, to aid key business decisions.

What you will do…

Determine the analysis that will drive the growth of a rapidly expanding customer base Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Partnerships and Finance on key strategic projects, providing an opportunity to become an expert on the inner workings of an FinTech startup Construct LTV and business case models to assess the viability of new pilots or products. Regularly present actions based on the analysis of data to C-level stakeholders Regularly present actions based on the analysis of data to C-level stakeholders Producing dashboards based on analysis to display findings and track performance. Using a combination of Power BI/Cubes/SQL/Excel to analyse data effectively and provide consultative insights to the business. Shape the future of our data architecture in conjunction with our BI infrastructure team Requirements

What you will bring...

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience of presenting findings to stakeholders & leadership. Data-driven mindset. Able to manage projects, prioritise tasks and self-motivate within a target-driven environment Experienced in building dashboards, preferably in Power BI (Experience in Qlik/Tableau also helpful) Proactive, innovative and with a detailed approach to problem solving Consultative and able to manage stakeholders at all levels of the business Working knowledge of SQL and Excel is essential. Experience with Python and R is advantageous. Benefits
