Are you an experienced PA or Executive Assistant with experience of supporting FMCG Management teams?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as an Executive Assistant supporting the GM and Senior Management team.

Executive Assistant duties will include:

Supporting the GM in all day to day duties, room bookings, flight and hotel booking, internal and external meetings and arranging Video ConferencesCompleting expenses for the General Manager and Leadership TeamWorking alongside the General Manager and Facilities Manager to facilitate office changesProcessing all invoices and managing this through to paymentCreating the agenda and producing the minutes template for monthly team meetingsAssisting the Leadership Team in all aspects of Country Visits, to include arranging Video Conferences, preparing agenda, and setting up meeting roomsSupporting the Leadership Team with bookings of hotels, flights, room bookings internal and external meetings and Video ConferencesBooking restaurants reservations and arranging catering Organising the onboarding process for all LHC new employees, liaising with HR, IT and General Management throughout the process.Organising full induction diaries ready for their arrival and continuing to support once arrived; preparation of induction welcome pack and productsSupporting the organising of larger events such as conferences, training, and Christmas eventsProviding marketing support as requiredThe ideal Executive Assistant:

Previous EA experience with the ability to work in a fast paced environmentA proven track record of excellence in an administration or executive support roleExcellent written and oral communication skillsDiscreet, trustworthy and confidentialMicrosoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Good planning, organisation and people skillsExcellent attention to detailIf you have an excellent organisational skills, take your chance to help shape the future together with us as our Executive Assistant.
