B2B Marketing Executive/Manager

International Payment Services, Corporate Prepaid Card, Premier and Partnerships

Due to continued growth and business success we at Caxton are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive/Manager to drive revenue growth and help shape the future of the customer lifecycle communications and brand positioning across our five core B2B verticals including international payments services, payments, corporate prepaid card, Premier and Partnerships.

Reporting to the Head of B2B & Premier Marketing your key responsibilities will include:

Working with the Head of B2B marketing, develop the customer proposition across all five verticals – International Payments, Payments, Corporate prepaid Cards, Partnerships and Premier. Provide insight on key customer segments to help drive Increase customer usage, recency, frequency and value, as well as reduce attrition across all verticals. Help manage the new CRM implementation and rollout across B2B Establish analysis and research requirements to improve campaign effectiveness and segment key customer groups and produce relevant and impactful communications. Manage all CRM activities from data to marketing automation. Increase cross-sales of new and existing products such as Caxton card, International payments and up-sell to Premier to the relevant customer base. Work with the acquisition manager and website manager to aid new customer conversion into the relevant products. Create rapid improvement in customer content, journey and email communications. Monitor customer and campaign KPIs and actively generate plans to drive continuous improvement. Support the account teams with any marketing collateral for sales meetings and or events (with potential to attend future sales events to support teams). Core skills/ experience:

At least 4 years' experience in marketing, (ideally within the financial services industry). A track record driving customer behaviour through market research and customer insight. A track record of CRM management Commercially astute with experience in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies. Degree level preferably with a marketing professional qualification. Experience of working in a regulated environment. Excellent communication and team working skills. About you:
