Based in the UK, INSTANDA is an insurance software provider challenging the status quo. We have built an exciting software tool which fundamentally changes how companies who sell insurance can design and deliver insurance products to the market. We work directly with Insurers, Managing General Agents (MGA’s), and Brokers. Using leading-edge technologies, INSTANDA insurance software is entirely configurable from the ground up. It is not a one-size-fits-all model. We allow companies to use insurance software in the way they want to. Founded in 2012, we spent several years designing and building the platform which is now being used globally by some of the world’s largest insurance companies. We are growing our Technical Delivery function and we’re offering a Business Analyst the opportunity to join our team at this very exciting time for the business. Reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery, this role will be primarily responsible for leading on technical and implementation projects as a business analysis expert.

Responsibilities will include:

leading on business analysis responsibilities through the end-to-end project delivery systems and process gap analysis process and system analysis and definition partnering with our Solutions Team to deliver PoC’s crafting functional and non-functional requirements translating our business and technical requirements documenting business cases from concept through development Requirements

you will have a proven track record as Business Analyst within the Insurance industry and London markets sector (i.e. Lloyds of London) as an expert Business Analyst you will be able to demonstrate your high level of competence in requirements gathering, documentation and defining functional and non-functional requirements you’ll have experience of the end-to-end project lifecycle and you will have specific experience of platform or systems replacement projects where measuring interoperability and performance has been key to the project success; we want to understand the depth and breadth of your stakeholder relationship management approach and skills as we need you to consult with our clients and partners on product configuration, development, QA and business and technology integration you will have experience of process and systems analysis and be able to translate technical principles into business objectives you will have the ability to write business requirements that gather the clients' key criteria and technical requirements, and you will be able to align these to our commercial and technical considerations we need you to be confident in presenting to clients and partner organisations and have experience of converting business requirements into configuration, development and technical needs underpinned by commercially viable business outcomes experience of SaaS or platform technology solutions will be a distinct advantage you’ll have an ability to multi-task and handle competing deadlines in our fast-paced dynamic environment If this sounds like you, we look forward to reviewing your application.
