B3Living is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing more than 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex. Our mission is to build and manage affordable homes - for social rent, private rent and shared ownership – helping to tackle the housing crisis in Broxbourne.

We are looking for a Strategic Analyst that has the skills, drive and passion to place insight at the heart of everything we do. Specifically, the role is to lead on how we gather and analyse data about all the homes we manage and own, providing the organisation with an accurate and robust understanding of our properties.

You will report on financial and non-financial data, providing an overall picture of our housing stock, as well as more targeted information. This includes making sure we meet our regulatory requirements, manage risk effectively and produce long-term financial forecasts.

A key part of the role will be to ensure that we have the right processes, procedures and reporting in place to collect accurate and timely data. Attention to detail will therefore be key, as well as getting to the heart of what information the Executive Team needs to effectively run the organisation.

Our ideal candidate will have a data management qualification or equivalent and have extensive experience in data handling and analysis. You must have experience of working in the management of property assets and data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with housing management systems is beneficial. You must have excellent IT and presentation skills with the ability to solve problems and make analytical judgements.

All our vacancies are open to flexible working arrangements. We offer a competitive benefits package including generous leave entitlements and a personal pension scheme. We believe in the benefits of a diverse workforce and strongly welcome applications from those currently under-represented in the organisation, including LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) people, people with disabilities and people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.

Closing date: Monday 25th March.

Interview date: Thursday 4th April.
