The Role

With over 3,000 schools, colleges and universities using ClickView everyday around the world, ClickView is seeking a high performing teaching and learning Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships with a growing portfolio of educational institutes in the UK. Based in our London office, and covering a territory encompassing the southern half of England and all of Wales, you will need a proven track record of being a passionate Account Manager and ensure that ClickView is actively used by teachers and students.

Working with a fantastic education focused team, your responsibilities are varied, and include:

Responsibility for all training and implementation support for your region Retaining and growing your portfolio of customers Building positive stakeholder relationships Assisting teachers in embracing the benefits of video in the classroom Maximising usage and visibility of ClickView within schools Providing ongoing training and support to our customers on exciting new features and content Requirements

You will ideally have experience or skills in the following areas:

Results orientated Account Manager Superior Customer engagement capability Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Passionate about online learning and education technology Experience within education, SaaS, EdTech sectors will be highly regarded Can do self-starter with a drive for excellence Full UK Driving Licence essential
