Belmond Cadogan opens its doors in late February and we are looking for suitable individuals to host our house guests and visitors.

You will be part of the Front of House team and will assist in delivering high standards of services.

As a Doorman your interaction will contribute to the first impressions of our guests and therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:


To ensure all key service standards are kept to the highest level delivered with consistency and Belmond Cadogan standards are implemented to the highest level To demonstrate commanding control over the Front Entrance area and manage the flow of traffic and the safe arrival & departure of guests and luggage to and from the hotel. To assist guests with any requests either for concierge or front desk Give directions to guests, arranging taxis, communicating guest arrivals to the FO team Be attentive to the movement in your area with guests and visitors, together with the FO staff and Hotel Security, identify any situation that could compromise the security of the Hotel, report to the manager on duty to take the correct decisions. Ensure that replacement will be present at all times in case of having to leave the Front Door position To provide valet parking service, for guests of the Hotel and clients for the restaurant. Greet and engage with all arrival, departure and in-house guests with personal recognition. To give a warm welcome to guests, opening & closing vehicle doors Assists guests with information about the hotel and the local area. Assists Concierge team and Front Office team as and when required Be willing to help wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service Offer consistent, friendly and high standard assistance to guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
