Learning and Development Business Partner

National Role

Salary £28,000-£32,000


The Learning and Development (L&D) Business Partner will provide Training and Development services to a region, build partnerships with functional stakeholders, and coordinate with the L&D team to determine, define, design, develop, and deliver learning experiences that support the priorities of the organisation and needs of the customers and to evaluate its overall effectiveness. The business partner will lead, manage, and execute strategic and tactical projects within their assigned region and sites, they will also work with the functional and organisation leadership teams to ensure alignment of learning initiatives and strategies with local business needs.

About you

We are looking for a personable and confident communicator with the ability to interact with all levels of employees. Having the ability to work with the wider business and advise on best practice.

The right candidate must have excellent IT skills with the ability to identify and apply IT solutions, and must be able to manage their own workload in a timely manner.

Having experience of delivering training on a one to one and group level, and learning and development events.

We would like the successful candidate to be able to create a learning and development plan and be able to deliver this in a multi-site manor, being able to review and adapt the training according to the companies needs.
