Description:
We are looking for a versatile and engaging consultant to join our Investor Engagement practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our award-winning independent agency in the heart of Shoreditch. Working together with colleagues from across the business, our investor engagement consultants advise companies across Europe, from blue chip multinationals to private companies about to list, on how to communicate with their investors. This is done primarily through their annual report. Consultants help companies convey this information in an engaging way by combining the skills of our designers, communication consultants and project managers who bring everything together and deliver the final report, online and in print.

Responsibilities include

- Leading the strategic thinking on allocated client work.

- Taking or defining a core idea, strategy or story, and unpacking it in the context of the client’s core challenge or to connect more effectively with their specific audiences.

- Contributing to pitches, including providing support, content or research that helps to underpins the core idea. Presenting in pitches as and when appropriate.

- Keeping abreast of industry developments, trends and technologies and responding to the opportunities and risk they create. Feeding this information into the client planning process.

- Applying commercial nous to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

- Experience of working as a consultant or strategist within a corporate communications agency.

- Experience of working with annual reports.

- Competent facilitator of client requirement gathering and interpreter of client needs; skilled at bringing clarity to what is being said and what is needed.

- Consistently comes up with ideas and suggestions for new and interesting ways to talk about the offer, or new solutions that can be scaled to create products for our clients.

- Curious about market conditions. Demonstrates a good understanding of how these conditions affect clients by suggesting thought leadership initiatives that sensibly address these issues.

- Provides accurate estimates of time and resources with limited input from senior consultants.

- Actively monitors time spent on projects against the allocated budget and keeps on top of their performance against commercial targets.

- Written communication and reports are well structured, informative, error free and professional.

- Brilliant at building a strong team ethic and personal accountability on projects.
