Business Development Manager - Voice Communications

Exciting opportunity to join a well-established, reputable IT Service Provider as a Voice Sales Specialist. Reporting into the Head of Solution Sales, you'll be responsible for securing profitable new-name business and generating additional business from existing accounts. (70%/30%)

This is a high calibre IT Managed Service Provider of several hundred staff at the leading edge of the mid-market. Private Equity backed, with aggressive growth plans - aiming to double in size by several acquisitions in the coming twelve months.

This MSP has an impressive portfolio of enterprise scale clients, providing a broad range of Information Technology services spanning connectivity, communication, workplace, security, data centre platforms etc. They have a strong history of innovative solutions and are investing heavily, positioning themselves as leaders in new and emerging technology.

You will work to generate revenues across their full portfolio of Voice Communications solutions, including;

* IP Telephony (Hosted Voice, Skype for Business, SIP Trunks, Mitel & Avaya PBX etc)

* Traditional Telephony (Fixed Line, Number Management, Routing etc)

* Mobile ( Mobile devices, minutes, data tariffs etc)

The Responsibilities

* Winning new business across VoIP, networking, fixed line and mobile.

* Engage effectively with internal account management and BDM teams providing an overlay role for complex or multi-site sales

* Provide comprehensive technical knowledge on products within your set portfolio.

* Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in order to gain new business and understand the customers' needs and requirements

* Provide accurate plans, forecasts and reports regarding customer requirements

The Requirements

* A proven track record within Telecoms sales or highly complex IT Sales

* A strong desire for seeking new business.

* Previous experience working within an overlay capacity supporting internal account managers / BDM

* Good technical understanding

* Customer centric individual with a strong ability to influence and negotiate to build strong relationships

Paying a basic salary between £40k - £60k depending on experience.

Very rewarding commission. Double OTE (£80k - £120k on target earnings) + corporate benefits
