We create ideas and solutions across Brand communication, Digital and Direct communication, Digital Products and Platforms, Digital Innovation, Film & Print Production and PR & Social.

This role will sit within Account Management. You’ll work alongside, and collaboratively, with the Strategy, Insight and Creative departments to create progressive, data-driven creative communications for one of our global brands.

What does that mean for you?

You’ll be empowered to own the key relationships with the Client brand managers to drive the strategic digital agenda. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Planner and Creative Director to drive transformative creative work. You’ll liaise with teams across the Accenture Interactive network to bring the latest developments in data and technology to bear in our approach to digital communications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some iconic global brands, changing the way they view digital. Join the team, and you’ll be:

Owning the day-to-day relationship with senior brand managers to direct their global digital strategy and campaign development. Seeking new opportunities, either through existing client relationships or seeking new clients to engage. Ensuring the briefs and our work are using the best of the agency to continually impress, going above and beyond the client’s expectations. Positioning the agency as a thought leader in digital, proactively developing new proposals and seeking new opportunities for our clients. Managing and developing the account team, making sure they’re nailing the basics whilst finding opportunities to grow. Showing your passion for great creative work, always seeking opportunities to bring insightful and relevant insights to the creative process. Owning the financial management of the account. Requirements

To join the team, ideally you will have:

Experience leading a global, digital account ideally within FMCG. A passion for digital communications and data-driven creativity. Managed an integrated team to deliver strategies and campaigns that work across channels. Evidence of thought leadership and a track record of seeking new opportunities to grow your accounts. We say “ideally” because we still want to hear from you, even if you feel like you don’t tick all of the boxes above.

What happens next:

We’ll be in touch within a few working days of receiving your application if we wish to discuss the role with you further. At that point we’ll invite you in for your first interview - to meet with our Business Lead. If that goes well, we’ll ask you back for a second (and final) interview to meet other members of the team (from Creative and Strategy), and our Head of Account Management.
