The Role

To provide administrative support to the sales team using Google Docs and Excel for reporting.

What you will do…

Accuracy checking/inputting for statements that have come through to the business.Liaising with departments in the company to support sales team. Completing applications for customers Liaising with provisioning team on behalf of sales Speaking to customers to obtain documentation Making sure customer information is inputted using Google sheets/Excel in a timely manner. Helping on occasional projects and events as requested. Any reasonable additional tasks requested by your line manager. Be a proactive member of the team: providing cover and support for team members for any periods of absence. Requirements

What you will bring...

At least 6 months - 1 years experience working in a Sales Administrator role or very similar related position. Grade C GCSE or above in English and Mathematics Previous experience in a busy office environment from an administration, sales support, customer service or finance role. Must be competent with general computer use including Microsoft word/Google docs and Outlook, with intermediate to excellent excel skills. Capable of producing effective action plans, to-do lists and handover notes Ability to prioritise always to ensure all deadlines are met Process orientated A logical, commonsense approach to all tasks Shares information openly, honestly and effectively Builds strong internal relationships effortlessly Who we are looking for…
