A Global financial services multi-asset organisation is seeking a new Backend Developer (Java/Python) to join their client facing technology team.

Based in London This is a tech driven team and company who are passionate with a view of constantly striving for continued success with exciting new products. Therefore, they love to hire people with a passion to learn and who are obsessed with continually improving their skill set.

The successful backend developer (java/python) will be working, building the next generation cloud based platforms and related services on AWS. Being client facing you will also come with great communications skills as you collaborate with areas of the business and external clients.

The role will ideally suit a highly ambitious, technology driven developer who are keen to learn new technologies where the advantage can be gained and learn finance.

The right Backend Developer (java/python) will have the following skill set:

Expert experience and knowledge in Java and or Python (Essential)Experience developing API'sKnowledge of AWS (desirable)Good communication skillsDegree in Computer Science or equivalentThis is a driven organisation currently going through continued expansion where the right Backend Developer (Java/Python) will be encouraged to learn and/or refine financial services knowledge and experience. You will be supported in your career, trained as you grow with the company.
