We're looking to recruit 2 enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Support (Duty) Workers to join our Haringey Mental Health Service.

The service provide housing and support for our clients who have mental health needs, substance use, dual diagnosis, physical health and other support needs. We provide a therapeutic environment that considers the client's strengths, aspirations and interests and puts these at the centre of their recovery.

As the post-holder, you will be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, specialist staff and external partners and will be responsible for supporting the working shift pattern of the service, whilst holding a case load of clients. You will be enthusiastic, creative, eager to learn and able engage with our clients in a non-judgmental and supportive manner.

These are fantastic, entry-level roles for individuals looking to develop a career in the sector. There are minimal requirements for direct experience provided you can demonstrate the transferable skills required for the role. We have a number of current managers who started their career as Assistant Support Workers.

Flexibility is required as staff work on a rota basis including evenings and weekends as well as bank holidays. There are no sleepovers.
