We are looking for a SEO Content/Copywriter to be part of a growing and dynamic digital team at Charlotte Tilbury.

The SEO Content/Copywriter will report to the Head of SEO and work closely with the rest of the digital team, social team, PR, CRM and the Online Content Manager.

Key responsibilities include writing creative and inspiring content for our website to help drive customer engagement, sales and our SEO rankings. As part of this role you will be expected to keep on top keyword research, trends within the beauty industry and other related verticals, monitor and report on rankings, and have creative flair to keep the content engaging and fresh. The Blog is an essential part of the digital team for achieving KPIs and is key for both traffic and revenue to the site.

The Responsibilities:

Drive the content strategy and production of blog articles for Charlotte Tilbury. To manage the content calendar for the Charlotte Tilbury Blog to support global campaigns, to include Charlotte’s public appearances, to align with the content posted on social channels and to include topics relevant to our audience. To use the blog to engage with existing customers and use it as a tool for new customer acquisition. Leverage keyword research, analytics and SEO tools in order to identify content gaps. Liaise with external agencies and content writers to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice. Review existing content on website(s) and advise on strategies to refresh or better optimise To assist the CRM Manager in writing global email copy in brand tone of voice. To assists the PPC Manager in writing engaging ad text when necessary. To write SEO copy for the following (but not limited to):Category and Product pages Customer Service and FAQ pages Campaign Landing Pages Meta Data for all new pages YouTube videos on our channel Email copy Ad-hoc marketing & content marketing campaign requests Weekly reporting on content performance on a range of KPIs To ensure that all content is in line with the brand tone of voice To assist the SEO Manager and Head of SEO where necessary Monitoring competitor content strategies to ensure you are always leading from an SEO perspective. Requirements

An understanding of SEO (search marketing, organic search, keyword research) is desired, although core training will be provided An understanding of web analytics (previous experience of Google Analytics is a bonus) Should be a self-starter and able to articulate a chosen solution in an effective manner. Should be a strategic thinker and able to relay this through research and execution. Must have a creative flare and not afraid to break the rules.
